If you want, I can also be your independent sparring partner with whom you can test ideas. I will try to broaden your perspective and provide additional inputs.
I will work alongside and with other third parties such as IT implementation partners, consultants and outsourcing service providers. In such a project organisation, I can be your co-ordinator of the activities of all these parties.
