Providing an integrated business solution that works in your changing environment is crucial for your success.

My Experience in process, system and organisational change combined with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, provides the integration expertise necessary for business transformation programmes.

Whether the primary driver for the change is a system replacement, or a wish to change the organisation to align with strategic aims, it is important to ensure integration both within processes, system and organisation and across the whole. I can also manage the integration into customers and suppliers where this is relevant. 

My starting point is always to identify the scope of change by considering your business objectives, technical constraints and cost considerations. From this we specify the detailed processes and their interrelated impact on systems and organisation, iterating between the three components until the optimal business solution has been found.

In the delivery phase it is my role to define a road map for implementation including cutover approach; ensuring that the business solution remains integrated and that there are no loose ends in the end to end processes.
