Project initiation is my speciality, setting up your project or programme on a firm foundation of good PMO management and governance, with clear scope, an agreed business case and a plan everybody buys in to.
Turning around projects is also a key service I provide, resolving key problems, re-establishing the roadmap ahead and introducing project disciplines.
I provide Project Management integrated with Change Management and/or Integration Management to produce the desired results in an environment that is made ready for it. I am a Prince2 Registered Practitioner and I have good command of MS Project for planning.
